On the initiative of the Higher Education Development Research and Implementation Center under the Ministry, the electronic platform liyatridar.edu.uz was developed in order to digitize the process of examination of educational literature and issuance of a publication certificate. This platform was put into practice by the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 197 dated June 10, 2022.
